The Galaxy++ editor can obfuscate to an extend (use shortest variable and function names possible, obfuscate any string literals), however since it is not specifically designed to to that, there are probably better alternatives for this specific task.
There is not that much sense in obfuscating anyway, it won't stop anyone, who really wants to get to your script (especially considering, how easy it is to get to the script of even a locked map).
