I have no idea what you're saying, but all info you need is in that one line. If they're working with fansites, they do stuff like handing out beta keys to the people who maintain said fansites. Generally we get a couple and then have a contest or such.
It probably got locked because you are not at home - it automatically does it if the IP isn't close enough to your hometown / if your account has never been accessed through the particular region.
Happened to me like 4 times already, SO annoying :D
But decent protection against hackers.
Someone trying to hijack it could be possible too of course, a good way to check that is the date when the first Blizzard email got sent. Was it when you weren't at your PC / trying to login? You probably got hacked then.
I didn't actually get any e-mails at first. I tried to log in and got a message it was locked and that I had an e-mail. Didn't see one. Checked again 5 minutes later and it came in. My guess is that I shouldn't try to log on bnet from the uni anymore then =P
"Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked".
Hmkay? Guess I'll check my mail and try my account again in a day or so.
Edit: Oh right, it was locked because someone attempted to hijack it? I guess? Now I need to wait 'till I get home to fix it since I don't know the answer to my security question - the other option is 6 digits from a CD-key from one of the games I own =/
