Save your map as "sc2components"
Find the place you saved it, the map will be a folder now. Inside the folder are more folders. "Base.sc2data" is gonna hold all your data stuff I believe, and there is a language folder (For me its enGB.SC2Data) depending on your region that will include all the text.
Save your destination map as sc2components as well, copy over everything you want, then open componentList.sc2components that is located in your destination maps folder and save as sc2map again using the editor. That *should* work, might be more complicated than that.
There are also other ways I believe, like copy pasting XML data from one map into another using the editor, but I've got no experience with XML view.
