Since its a building - if you change the footprint size it will change the collision size. So for example if you want it to be twice the size, scale would be set to 2,2,2 - then in the footprint you would look at it, and for the supply depot it is 2x2 (contour) so you can change it to 4x4 (contour). I just tried that and it worked. I think its radius for units, but footprints for buildings.
Thanks for the help, I've changed the actor of "Supply Depot"'s scale "Y" to 2, but it didn't get any bigger.. I also tried changing the "Radius" of the "Supply Depot" and it didn't effect how units interact with it in game. Same thing with the unit's vision/sight. :(
Y would only change the height if I am recalling correctly. If you want it to be the same proportions you should change all of the numbers to the same amount. Try putting x,y,z all to 2.0 or something and it will change the size.
Hit F7 (to bring up the data window) go to the actors tab. Find the unit model that you want to scale, and find the "Scale" field. Change that number and it modifies the scale of the unit (I believe its basically percentage wise). Let me know if you need more clarification on that.

Alright... got it I think.

Yea, a model is a type of actor and its the one I was talking about-just failed to clarify that. Sorry about that.
I can't remember how to change the collision size off-hand, but I'll look and edit this post if I find it and no one else has answered by then.
EDIT: I honestly can't remember or figure out how to do the collision size lol. I hope someone answers because now I'm curious too.
EDIT: EDIT: Hold on I'm gonna try one more thing.
