Like I said, do you have lights in your scene? Both of those require light to be seen properly. Also the sc2 material is also weird, even if I render it too the effects I get are minimal. You should try previewing in another shader. Also you won't be able to view them in viewport, I'm almost certain of that.
either way you should try poking the prefernces go to customize->preferences, viewport tab and play around with the options and "configure driver" should allow you a better viewport rendering depending on your videocard and controlling driver.
What kind of shader are you using? Are you using the starcraft 2 material or a 3ds max shader?
You should not be able to view specular maps in your viewport, though, it's veryyyyyy video card intensive and chances are your video card probably doesn't support realtime rendering thos maps.
Though, you should be able to view in your rendering.
Chances are that you have a completely low value for your specularity/other maps that don't work.
OR you have no lights in your scene. Maps like normals and specularity require a light in order to be seen, specially specularity since it's actually how the light reflects in your model.
