I just opened the m3 model in notepad and saw that the path was the one I mentioned above, I think this is the problem but I'm not 100% sure.
I think it was exported, not committed to a sc2mod file, because there it applied this change to the pathing automatically
if it is exported, it is applying the relative path
I don't know how you created the model but the m3 model has a path \textures.Dreanei_F_Shaman\shoulder_mail_raidshaman_g_01red.tga which I don't see in the image which contains the path to the tga file
there it states \Textures\shoulder_mail_raidshaman_g_01red.tga
I'm not very experienced with that process, but yes I would try it that way first,
does the other models work ?
I usually export from max to sc2, and it does that automatically
