Unfortunately, there's no way to do that with the current forum software. I simply drag important threads into my bookmarks bar, or pin them in chrome. With any luck, we'll get an update from curse in the future with lots of nice things. But for now, it's not really possible.
Given the fact that you only have a few posts, you could search your name in the search bar. I doubt anybody is creating threads using your name in them ;)
