Well, changing the actual model requires you to own 3ds max or a similar program. The artist tavern is here, and the requests forum is here. You can still do things like make models bigger and smaller or change color inside the editor.

We have members from all over the place- but most of us are from US or EU. We host map nights on both US and EU servers, so no matter where you're from, you can still participate.
If you want to upload to a region outside your own, we have lots of people willing to do just that :D
