To be honest, it's quite a bit time ago, and never thougt a lot about it, didnt think to ask you guys at the time. So I just deleted what I had made :/
Hello! I just wanted to ask if someone can help with my problem, Not so long ago I tried to make a custom tileset. The way I did it was this way:
I took the low res textures (because those were actual textures, the Highdef ones didnt actually look like textures, just a lot of transparency.), and then i just recolored those etc. I then tried to import the textures, but all I really got was slightly grey and extremely white shining textures. It was really sad because I had actually made a big big bunch of textures maps, but O failed hard, and now I have learned a lesson from it.
But can anyone guide me through how to accurately do it so I dont fail? thanks
