This is for wow but it applies to what you're saying about the irregular log ins and the account lock. I had the same issue once. First time it happened for me I sent blizzard an e-mail and they replied in like 3 days. Told me they were going to "investigate" the situation. Took about a week and a half to get my account back to an unlocked/playable status.
