we are the Wingling Corporation and we are students at the Games Academy in Berlin.
We are currently designing a map for StarCraft II. The map is called Temple Fight.
Temple Fight is the ported Version of the beloved Warcraft III Map „Castlefight“ to the StarCraft II Universe.
Our plan is to release the beta version of the map on 25th of January 2011.
At this point the map will be playable, and we hope to get loads of feedback in this thread.
After involving your feedback into the production, we will release the goldmaster on 9th of February 2011.

PS: We know about Nexus Wars, but let’s give us a try to make it a little different ;)
In Temple Fight there is war between two factions.
Each faction is played by a maximum of 4 Players who have to decide which of the 3 unique races they want to play.
The player must place buildings, which spawn creeps, which walk straight ahead to the enemy’s temple.
On their way the creeps will attack all enemy units.
There are different types of buildings and the player has to choose wisely between
creep spawning buildings, buff buildings ( creep support) and legendary buildings (high end creep).
It’s necessary to build the right building in the right time, to suit your armies to the enemy ones and send them back to hell.
Creating buildings is done with the „Builder“, this is the only unit the player has under control.
A lot of action seems to be going on, but you should really, really, take a look at your terrain: It's extremely plain and boring. The map may be very good, but as long as you post screenshots only you will be judged by the screenshots only.
I know there is still a lot of work to do, and we know about the plain and boring terrain.
The Map is still a alpha/beta version and will be still beta at the release.
The Artcontent will not be finished at the release. Thats not possible.
I am sure the terrain will look much better in the final version :).

- Increase income. GamePlay is too slow.
- Decrease training duration.
- Add more variety to the units of each race. Terrans can't build anything against heavy units until late game. Almost all terran units are strong against light armor.
- Allow the builder to use its weaphon while repairing and moving.

To start a 3on3 Temple Fight Game, do following steps:
Create Game -> temple Fight
choose your game mode (1on1,2on2,3on3,4on4)
click +public
wait for your opponents and start the game.
