I know a lot of people have wanted to see a Diablo Attribute system where when you level you get some "Attribute Points" and then are able to apply them to specific attributes (IE Strength, Agility) so here it is for all who want to see one way this can be accomplished. Feel free to level comments, questions, and yes even flames (It's Diablo he can take the heat) here or on the actual project page. Enjoy everyone.
The link should work but it may still be under approval and I have no idea if other people can view unapproved stuff, but if not then just give it some time and it should start working soon.
Anyone who works with a UI should remember how the real UI in SC2 works, because there's a "Friend" bar to the top right of the command card.
You can possibly put dialogs and buttons on top of the portrait.
Thanks dra6o0n, that is a good bit of advise. It should also be noted that the "friend bar interface Icon block" problem is most likely seen by blizzard (at this time)as a minor issue in the beta. However, for release they will more then likely fix said problem otherwise the only (known) way to open inventory in online play is the use of the num-padkeys, also we can only position these boxes on the left or right tmk.
Reasoning for blizzards delay on fixes like this and the revive bug(and others) I speculate is that no heroes are required for the combat balancing of the races, and judging from the patch notes(were no editor changes even appear), the main focus of the beta.
I don't mean to sound silly or rude, but I don't think it unreasonable to expect several of these issues to be resolved on their own by release.
i know this is a dead thread but i would like to put this in my diablo map and would like to use the dialog system just cant seem to figure out how to get the buttons to add the attributes

Really nice. I was wondering if you could add screenshots as preview, it will allow us to see what's in there without downloading and testing it :)
I'd like to see some screenshots as well; I'm at work and can't load it up to take a peek.
yeah I could do that as soon as I get a chance ill upload some screenies.
Ive done one better for you guys here is a video instead of pictures.

Still works if you planned ahead so you can place such dialog and make quick changes in case something does occurs.
