Gotta be more specific.... Data can't be copied and pasted quite as easily. You can use xml view like Eiviyn suggested, though I've never used it myself. You can also plug your data into a mod file and then add that to your new map. When you mean game settings, did you perhaps misspell "modes" and settings. In that case, no, I'm fairly confident you cannot copy them over.

Game settings take like, 30 seconds to set up. I guess you mean data.
Open XML view. Copy/paste the stuff you want.
