Overwatch is free to play from November 18 - 21

If anyone is interested in trying out the game, I am offering an "introduction tour" of Overwatch. During the tour, we will:

• Queue up together and jump into the game learning the controls.
• Try out the different heroes and their abilities in a training environment.
• We will walk around the different maps and check out the scenic views and understand how the maps is played.
• Practice live matches by teaming up and playing against easy A.I.
• We can tryout the other game modes together such as - random hero mode, 3v3 mode, brawl mode.
• If comfortable, we can team up and play a real match against other people
• If you are REALLY comfortable, and you've been playing for at least 10 hours, we can jump into the serious Ranked match.

If I played Overwatch during the weekend, do I get to keep Overwatch forever?

No, it is just free to play over the weekend if you haven't bought it yet.

Once the weekend is over, will my Overwatch Account be erased?

No, you keep your Overwatch account. You keep your EXP, levels, loot boxes, emotes, sprays, skins, etc.

How do I install?

Download the battle.net installer: http://us.battle.net/en/app

Click on the Overwatch icon on the left and click on Install blue button

Once you have installed, choose the region you want to play in and click play. Note, anyone can play in any region.

This update...

I went from 3340 to under 3100 with a record of 1 win, 2 draws, and over 10 losses.... And that one win was because of leavers on the opposite team.

have you tried out Sombra yet or the new game modes?

I like the idea behind Sombra: Capture health packs and annoy enemies. though, she's hard to figure out how to play well.

I've tried out all game modes. 1v1 and 3v3 are really cool and exactly what I had hoped for.

I was against bringing in hero limit into quick play at first, but seeing how annoying it could become I guess it's OK to have a separate game mode named "All Heroes". At least for the time being there are still enough players to maintain so many game modes.

Most of the random brawls are cool, but I wish some of them wouldn't repeat as often as they do. One "High Noon" (6v6 all McCree on Route66) is enough for a night (or longer^^)....

From a feature perspective the update is really, really cool, bringing in lots of new things. My frustration is because of the balancing. As someone who mains tanks and specializes in Zarya I feel like being hit by a train. I do less damage and my ultimate now needs way too long to charge (always felt Zarya's ultimate needed a lot longer to charge then others'). I feel like I need to relearn too many things now. I'd rather wait for Season 3 to start fresh.

oh okay, yea I agree the many brawls should be random instead of bias of 2-3 them. Some of the brawls can be too crazy and Overtime will go on for minutes. Anyway, if you get back on, lemme know and we'll play on Season 3!
