Ok. I have a few things I am trying to figure out on the editor.
First, I'm working on creating a chain of maps for a custom made campaign.
1. How do I link my maps?
2. How do I limit what I want the AI to build? Like one map, I don't want the AI to build any air units, so I'm trying to figure out how to disable that.
3. If I create a special unit in the data files, how do I place it on the map. I was doing this on another map, just playing around, but when i want to place the new character on the map, I don't see anything in the unit/hero selection parts.
4. I'm looking for someone to help me develop this campaign. Just need a person who is great with creating dialog, triggers, etc. You can contact me at [email protected]
3) Creating / duplicating new units is more complicated in SC2 than that during WC3. You probably missed a lot of steps (which everyone would when he/she first tried to make new units.) Better check out the relevant tutorial here first: http://wiki.sc2mapster.com/galaxy/tutorials/
2. This would take a long time, but you could make all Air units in the AI's race have a requirement such as a 'Robotics Bay' or building that it cant build. It takes a while and being intimate with the data editor, if you want to do this let me know and ill post a little tut.
So, I've played around with the editor some more. Figured out question #1.
I've made #2 sort of work for me. but I'll look more into what your saying Hoplite.
Wakeman, I'll take a look at that link tomorrow, well later this morning. Thanks.
Also, just to let anyone know who would be willing to help develop a 1 player (I would like to do a 2 player) Campaign, that involves a new fleet of the U.E.D. let me know. I would love to set it up like the Terran campaign ingame, but probably will have to settle for just messing around with the DATA files like a mad hog on a bike.
you can send me a message on here, or email me at [email protected]
Also, I would love to get tips from people on how to make these maps sparkle.

2: Might be easier to use the trigger "Tech Tree - Disallow Starport for player X"
