I have been messing around with lighting options in the Galaxy Editor trying to make a specific area much darker than the surrounding area but have not had any success. For example: making a corner very dark so that the player (from various camera angles) can only barely make out what is there. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?
i would say this would be done with just making all the lighting very dark. then, use lighting to light up the areas you want lit, like taking the plain 'large whte lighting' and enlarge it, then you can raise it up from the terrain to kinda of 'dim' it. the lighting setting youre looking for is on the second tab ibelieve, i dont remember then name of the field, but theres only a few options on there. its the second tab i believe.
