Hey guys,
I am trying to apply a buff to a unit that will reduce all of its ability cooldowns by a percentage. Anybody know an easy way to do this?

Unless you can somehow use the Cost - Cooldown - Refund Fraction fields to do this then no. I advise consulting the trigger forums since it is easier to ignore/reset cooldowns with those.
