I'm currently working on that, Mind if you could lend me a hand instead, I'm creating a new unitStructure based of from Infestable Bar which is gonna be the Tavern. And add some custom abilities and such.
Train at least in the last patch could not train player units from a neutral structure. The Modify Unit effect ownership changing properties meant the original owner got all units that were created. At one stage neural parasite like buffs could resolve the issue. My data asset Ownership Changer was a solution at one stage. Not sure anymore.

Anyone have any idea how to make a Warcraft 3 style Hero Tavern where all players can utilize the building and use it to purchase units?

@DrSuperEvil: Go Train ability can be used through an interact ability. I use this system in my map.
