This works. But I now have 11 different regions to create triggers for. lol I've tried Initializing AI for Player 2, allowing Burrow upgrade, etc etc... nothing seems to work. Why the hell doesn't this work like it did with SC1?
You can put multiple events in the "Events" category and then reference "triggering region" instead of "Unburrow 09." You could probably fiddle around in the data editor and set up an autocast when unit gets close too.

When the User gets close, I want the hostile CPU to unburrow and attack. Right now, this is what my trigger looks like:

You are excluding hidding, if they are burrowed, they are hidden, you might want to uncheck that one

you might have to pick unit group first, and then do the order now when I think about it
