Its because by default, all units is flagged as unclickable. What you want might be unit is selected. Anyway, if you want to use unit is clicked, go to data editor, select that unit, set flags: uncheck unclickable. Note that your event will fire twice for mouse up and mouse down
HAH, thanks. Actually just figured it out a moment before reading this. Yea, if you want to use the trigger reguarding Unit Clicked, your unit has to have the flag checked for Unit is Clickable. Thanks for the help
All im trying to do is make it so when a player clicks a unit, it stores that unit into a unit variable. My trigger is as follows
Events - Unit Selection - Any unit is clicked by Any player No Conditions Actions - Variable - Set UNIT VARIABLE = (Triggering Unit)
To read it, I cant see any problems. Anyone try something like this before, or can see where im going wrong?
BTW The editor info when Unit Selection (clicked) is highlighted states that to refrence the unit being clicked, use triggering unit.
