How would i make it so that when a unit equips or picks up an item an extra slot it taken up or deactivated. What im trying to do is make a 2-handed item that a unit would be able to equip, but when it equips it you cant hold an off-hand. But when it equips a 1-handed it can hold an off-hand. Can any1 help me here? i'v looked at validators and requirements and as far as i can tell there are no options related to items
I don't no much about this but maybe when equipping a 2 handed item another item goes to other hand slot as a filler. when you equip a 2 handed object it appears and takes up the space. when taken off dissapers. when you have a 1 handed object and try to equip a 2 handed object wont allow if the other slot cant get filled by filler. I am sure data editor or triggers can do this i dont know how sadly.

So iv been trying to tackle this problem w/ triggers for the past few days, i think it might be possible with them but its a mess. i was wondering if any1 knows how to do through the data editor. if its possible i assume it would be a lot easier, id try working with the data editor myself but i find it easier ussually to do things with triggers.
