So apparently I totally posted this in the wrong section yesterday, guess the whole 4 hours of sleep a night thing between working/modding/dealing with the baby is catching up with me. I didn't post necessarily accurate information anyways... I am indeed looking for testers during this weekend, and any time after that as I gave myself only so long to in fact release an alpha, which I will continue to keep updating on a weekly basis as well. The map is still definitely a work in progress, why I'm only releasing an Alpha at this time. Simply need to start getting some feedback in hopes I can start making the map playable for people other than just myself, although I'd continue the project even if I was the only one to ever play it.
I am mostly hoping to verify the map is configured properly to work in multiplayer mode, see how playable it is through the first 2 areas. Map currently goes up to about level 120, but can only level to about 40, has 4 different areas to fight in, 2 main bosses. Hope you don't mind getting locked in with the bosses when you fight them, they are designed that way. Minibosses are planned, just aren't a priority right now. Currently 2 classes are finished out of the 5 I have planned, and plan to have 3 available at this time in alpha testing. The Knight of the Shire class has no spells at the moment, but he relies more on his triwielding melee anyways. Might ask why only 5 classes, well I ask why have 25 crappy classes when you can have 5 focused, well thought out classes instead. I may have went overboard on the Imp a little though, decided he should have 19 different abilities.
Anyways, with how late this post is coming up, I am going to shoot for Sunday the 23rd at 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (5 PM EST) for when a main alpha meeting could happen. My battletag is DeadZergling#1102 for those who would like to show, be helpful if those planning to come could post to this thread or shoot me a PM. Also, if you don't foresee yourself being able to make any certain times but would still like to check this out/give some feedback, shoot me a PM and can try to get you added to the alpha list at a different time. This map is designed to be enjoyable single player or multi player anyways, it needs to be looked at both ways.
