Edit: I've heard from a couple of other people on battle.net that have been having this problem too.
Edit2: It happens on Aiur Chef too.
Since 2.0.4 I'm getting this hotkey conflict message when first loading up my map, and a few other maps I've checked including Squadron TD and Nexus Wars. It keeps happening even if I change the affected hotkeys. It doesn't show up if I am using grid hotkeys. How many other people are getting this, and does anyone know if it is a bug or if it can be fixed on an individual map?
On my map there is one hotkey unbound when checking options. If I change it, apply, and then check options again it re-appears.
On this map (Undead Assault 3) there is a lot more:
While trying to figure out another problem here, I found a way to fix it. Set the value of "UI: Hotkey Alias" in the button properties of the affected hotkeys to "(None)", and this will prevent them from being detected as conflicting with the melee hotkeys.
Edit: I'm not sure whether the hotkey alias is important for anything else though, and I'm not sure why the Y hotkey (Set rally point) was conflicting in my map even though none of the abilities use it.
