This can't really be done. You can copy the terrain from one map to the other, but you're still limited to 8 textures and the maximum map size. You can't take, say, TRaynor1 and merge it with TTosh1 so you can crossover from the first map to the second.
If you're talking about two maps using the same tileset that when combined aren't any larger than the maximum map size, then sure, you can go right ahead and copy/paste map A next to map B.

Ok this! Say I have two maps the size 32x32, and I make a 100x100 map, Is there a way to put the two 32x32 maps with the same tileset, in there? if so how?
I plan on making an arena style map with multiple stages, but I first want the start the map on one small stage and work my way up if I manage to get it working correctly
You just need to copy and paste terrain as you would copy/paste anything else. Drag a selection box, release it, hit control C, hit control V. More info on copy/pasting terrain here.
