I have noticed a lot of units or other assets in the editor are labeled with an (unnamed). Does anyone know why Blizzard put that there? What do you think it means, and do you think is important? I have always kind of shrugged it off, but I was just curious if it is something important I have been missing lol
Perhaps something having to do with how the game is coded, or with tool-tips? Maybe in the raw code each unit is given a reference name or something, and objects with (unnamed) don't have references or something? Idk, I'm just keep shrugging it off.

I don't think it's important or has any significant meaning.
Blizzard was lazy and decided to release sc2 instead of taking an extra day to rename everything? O.o
No idea, but I have noticed them also. Like Dragon said, I dont think it has any importance :D
I too haven't noticed any significance. I'd say shrug it off as you've been doing.

I'm going to do that with my child.
