Is it possible to get achievements that say "... on normal" on hard mode? It seems rather obvious to me that it's not possible to get "... on hard" achievements on normal, but I was wondering if it worked the other way around. I'd say it didn't, as those achievements so specifically state "... on normal", but on the other hand it would make sense to allow you to do achievements easier than the mode you're playing. I haven't gotten around to actually trying it myself, partly due to the fact that I've pretty much got all normal-difficulty achievements by now.

if you mean completing the campaign on brutal and getting the normal and hard achievements yes it works like that :)
