No problem, you just need HTCPCP server, and some dll with drivers.
If somebody like it I can post exe and sourcecode in c#. Atm it:
-resaves map (in case you use components)
-logs you in
-fix dependencies (idk, they are always broken for me)
-publish (eu and us supported)
