so i was able to publish the base mods fine, but anything that has another mod as a dependency fails to publish to multiple regions and will fail every time except for the region i am currently logged into.
It looks to me like that Name is taken in the Other Region's maybe Rename Maverck's SC2BW_-_Data. If I'm wrong someone else will have to help because That's the only reason I could think of.

The problem seems to be that it's not trying to get the mod files from the other regions or it just doesn't try hard enough (-> too low timeout).
The normal publish window sometimes has the problem of not being able to find a dependencies header file, too. Then you need to look at your published files and it works...

i can manually publish to each realm just fine.
