I have this unit in two places. One where it's placed in the editor(fully functional) and the one in the screenshot where it's created with triggers. How come it doesn't work in the later?
Its used to replace a model that can't find the model its assigned to so we know where the unit is. Also it is used to replace a corrupted modified model, or corrupted custom model
Have your created that unit yourself? And have you tinkered with the actor events?
If yes, then that's probably it. You've used the wrong event to create the unit actor.
I think you need to use UnitBirth (you probably took UnitCreate?).
Apart from that I really have no idea what could be the cause of this.

Should be actors. If it's not then my bet is he divided by zero just like that other dude.
