I have never had a problem after phase 2 of the beta started up, but I eventually tracked down the problem to the player properties thing. Thats why I try to make my map using as little changes as possible to the map settings.

Problem solved - It had something to do with my map > player properties.
I changed all the player colours to any, the neutrals to neutral and it worked.
Crazy that this simple change caused me such a headache. I've noticed a lot of threads with no answer to this problem. hopefully this will help.

As dumb as it is, if you set a player's color to PINK, it will give you that error..... You can use light pink, but not pink...
