Have a look at the Push Priority and Allied Push Prioriy fields of units. Units with higher priority can push those of lower priority and not the other way around. By lowering one unit's priority, you can prevent it from pushing others aside and it should try to find a way around much like they do with other player units.

How to change the Pathing of units to move around units instead of pushing them?
