I created a doodad actor from scratch, linked it to the hercules unit model and changed the AnimPlay ActorCreation to play a different animation in the actors events. The model shows up in the editor just fine but it won't show up in game. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Check the Play Once flag is not enabled. If that is checked once it plays the animation once it orphan destructs.
I have "Play Forever" and "Random Offest Start" ticked. "Play Once" isn't even an option.

My advice is make a Doodad type actor from scratch for it and just share the same Art - Model field value.

I guess I should have been a little more specific (first post edited). But that is exactly what I did aside from changing the the actor events.
Does it work without the animation (maybe with a standard BSD animation bracket)?
