I've checked out some threads regarding the corpse to stay forever but I want to make something more advanced. Besides, the methods did not work for me, maybe because of the unit types. So what Im trying to do is this:
• Infantry units or Zerg Ground (Marines, Marauders, Firebats, Ghosts, Spectres, All Zerg Ground) that die by small bullets (Killing units: Marines, Ghosts, Spectres, Marauders, Snipe Ability, Goliath, Viking Assault Mode):
The unit dies and plays its normal death animation of falling NOT exploding or sliced into pieces. The corpse remains forever on the map, unclickable unit, just the animation like you cannot click the unit when it dies.
• Infantry or Zerg Ground that die by blades or explosions including zerg missiles (Killing units: Zealot, Zerg melee units) (Killing units: Siege Tank (both modes), Diamondback, Stalker, Archon and such): The unit dies with sliced animation and corpse remains forever on the map.
• Infantry or Zerg Ground that die by fire, (Killing Units: Firebat, Hellion, Hellbat, Battlecruiser, Mothership, others): The corpse burns as it does, then remains on the map forever
• Vehicles including Protoss mech that die by all types - explode as they usually do, their remains stay on the map permanently. So in a few words, only the infantry and melee has specifics in their death, correctly me if Im wrong but I think I see corpses cut into pieces even when a marine kills marine (I maybe be wrong)
Triggers could also be included, this is a system I am planning to have based on their death type.
Thanks Kueken for making the basics of a corpse to stay permanently, this will part of what I'm trying to make with the types of deaths, so uploading his test map here for anyone who needs the same.

All you need to do is to paste the PermanentDeadAnimationMacro in your map and replace DeathAnimationMacro with PermanentDeadAnimationMacro in the common death actors from WoL or HotS located in Events tab - Event Macros like Unit Death Model With Death Motion Ground or UnitDeathModel. Also do that for any unit-specific Death Actors that use it instead of the common actor.

The Damage effect used determines the death type. The animations played on death are set by the actors.
