I have made an upgrade that replenishes the charges. So when you use a charge, it starts to replenish itself at a slow rate.
The problem is if a unit has no charges left when the upgrade is finished, it does not start to replenish them! The upgrade only works on units that depletes their charges AFTER the upgrade is complete.
Any ideas on how to make the upgrade add a cooldown to depleted charges?
