I am trying to set up a system in which a unit can speed up the progress of a building's training. I looked into how the repair ability works, but I can't puzzle it out enough to re-apply it, if that's even possible.
The campaign does something similar, you can choose to unlock multiple scv's able to construct buildings faster. I would try finding out how that was done.
I can only point you in that direction as I have not looked into it myself
Under the Buff behavior there is the Behavior - Modification - Rate Multiplier Array field. In this field you can set the rate that queued stuff is produced. All you need to do is give the buff a duration of just longer than it takes to cast and have your unit autocast it on the building.
Stacking can also allow multiple units to contribute and set a limit to the amount of contribution.
In the campaign the upgrade changed the Build In Progress ability which I do not think works with units in training.

Can anyone help?
