Not really sure what you mean, since those sounds don't seem to be default to the units (making a new map and testing when those units have no energy, all make the default ("ERNG!") sound for me). I haven't played the campaign in forever though... But if they're campaign specific sounds, you could try checking the campaign maps for them. Essentially, I believe you're looking for specific sound actors; if you can find them, you should be able to copy them to other units. It could also be triggers, of which I have no experience in so far :/
I would suggest trying to changing One of these files to the alert you want but im not really sure how they are attached to the Unit from what i can tell they are no connected to the unit so good luck
hi i have one questions abaut sounds
all units have an no energy
like high templar (i fourth them)
raven (energy reserve running low)
and vulture (wow we dont have enough energy)
and more
does someone know how i can use the on the units (if you dont have enough energy for the using ability if the adjutant say not enough energy)

Yes you change it in the unit actor.
For Raven you go to the Raven actor, then UI: Errors+ and add a new error called "Not enough energy" and you set the sound to "Raven_EnergyLowVO".
