In the action actor of your missile, set the "Host Site Ops" field (or another Host SOMETHING field, I can't remember exactly the name) to SOPAttachWeapon (or any SOP field you would like your missile to be launched from).
As stated the launch site of your Action type actor is not working.
If it is also shooting towards the feet of the target then there can be several causes. Is your Art: Missile field set to the correct Missile actor? Check the events for any duplications.

I changed Ghost Snipe to be a near instant missile. The missile is created from the feet of a Ghost instead of from the gun. How do I fix this please?
I did a few searches, I can't understand the answers. Attach Methods are these necessary?
Nothing fancy needed, just projectile from main weapon. That's all.

I've been trying to do this, I can't get it working. I examined the standard Ghost Snipe and Marauder attack tried to combine the two but it fails.
Missile still is shot from the Ghost's feet. Any suggestions?

the missile actor seems fine? I've taken 3 screenshots, in game, the snipe actors and the Host Site ops fields.
As far as I know they are all interlinked correctly? But it fails?
your Action actor is trying to refer to a different actor from the ones you show in the Art: Missile field.
