I try to add two seperate attacks to the hydralisk: one ranged attack that deal damage vs ground and one ranged attack that deals more damage vs air.
Do I need to build the attacks from scratch, with completely new actors, effects & upgrades etc? Or is there anyway I can tweak the current one to effect air and ground differently, but also make the seperate damage show in the tooltip of the attack?
Add a Set effect before the Damage effect and give it two Damage Effects. Then use Unit Filters validators on the Damage effects to check if they are air/ground units.
You then just add in a dummy weapon (like leviathan tentacles) that shares the same cooldwon link as the main weapon but shows the other damage effect in the UI.
