Does this has to do with the response flags? Having to uncheck the flee box? My units run from the fight if they dont have a weapon in the inventory or maybe because they feel threaten? I dont know whats up with that.
The flag determines if the Damage effect can cause an acquire or flee response. Under the Units data type the Behavior: Response field defines how the unit will respond to attack.

I see. Well I've checked. Now I'm going to test it and let your know. But everything is in order so far. Ill let you know if it keeps fleeing from battle.
