Hi there. I am looking for a simple way to add a light to the turret on the fortress. I want it to move around while the turret rotates and have a visible beam to the ground. How would I go about doing this? My map has a day and night cycle and i think it would look good when the night comes along :)
Thanks
Marc
There's a flashlight cone model which you could use. You mainly need a Model type actor with a SiteOp to attach it to the turret. The necessary pieces are documented in the wiki and tutorials. Use the Cutscene Module to find the correct attachment point: "Shift-D" brings up a list of, among other things, all attachment points on the model, while "A" turns the model semi-transparent and displays the attachment points as green arrows.
