Ok. May be it hard for me and breaks mind... but can i fix that:
1. Create 2 Raynors (Sniper model) on the map
2. Try to use sniper ability from first Raynor and after from second Raynor
3. Now you'll see - laser beam attaches only for one of the Raynors... Is it Blizzard fail? Is it possible to create personal laser splat beam for each Raynors?
Raynors targeting beam uses global references, making it very hard to use it for multiple players. As far as I am aware, noone did find a way to not use global references yet; in fact, the common approach is just using duplicates of raynor for every possible appearance he can make.
I found a way to avoid this a while ago, however you still need separate actors for the different targeting beams, so its still impractical and also impossible for unlimited raynors.
Doh... It nice, but this way is "very hard". I have 10 players in my map and each can choose the hero, which has ability with laser cusor... It means i must create about 30 actors.. Hope blizz fix this part =(

You make it sound like 30 actors would be much, when working with the data editor xD.
(my entry for the Creature Contest uses about 180 actors and my heroes usually easily reach 50+)

Sounds like you forgot to copy an actor or are they the same unit?
Contribute to the wiki (Wiki button at top of page) Considered easy altering of the unit textures?

Sniper Raynor was also only supposed to be on the map one at a time, so things like "at caster" weren't necessary when making it.
