Tried to make another unit move underground. Works great. What doesnt work great is that the normal burrow down effect is still at its original position. I tried to use partly the macroes from the roach and infestor, and also try to copy parts of the actors that seemed to affect the burrow (testing atlest 20 times with diffrent comboes).
It only ended with the unit "being burrowed" but walking normally, and with the burrow movement effects only added on (not as smoothly as with the infestor or roach). The original burrow splat still was where i first burrowed the unit.
Does anyone know what actor governs this?
Sorry for alot of posts lately. I really do try to go through everything i know first.
With regards to the burrow animations each model has a set of animations that is applied as a bracket when burrowing. If the model you are using lacks the animations you will need to simulate it.
There is a Burrow Down Medium actor, the Burrow Move Effect actor and the various Burrow Up and Burrow Up Effects actors.
