So im having visual issue of Ground Blob Shadows actor that is used on Low graphics setting and created on such terms. So it seems uses attachement to Origin and stuff, moved almost every value out there to make the Blob Shadow berender on Terrain level, as now its rendered above ground and Structures that uses it cuts structure in half by that thing and make it look bad and not useful.

Do note that blob shadows are not intended to be used when shaders are set above low. Using blob shadows in such a condition could result in weird visual bugs. This is because the shader option physically changes the shaders used by the game to render the graphics and since blob shadows were never intended to be visible above Low, the higher settings might not support them.
