You can use Markers. Make one of the on-target effects apply a (ID-type?) Marker, then stick the No Markers validator on the effect that's applied by the Search effect.
Markers usually only remain valid within one effect chain, so multiple spellcasts/caster units won't interfere. This is how Mutalisk attacks avoid hitting the first target with the second bounce.
True because with buffs from several casters only the first one is known as from the caster unit as far as validators/effects are concerned. Eg 4 units place one buff stack each only the first one is referenced.

How to validate this... I would like for multiple medivac double heals to target the same unit, but not have 1 medivac heal with 2 beams on one unit.

Try to remove every validate that the ability and its effects have ..... but im not sure
