I'm making a mercenary research ability similar to Left 2 Die and i made the custom button and ability for it.
In the ability fields say for "Researching Medic" there's a field called "Info-Charge-Link". Do i connect it to "Abil/MercCompoundResearch" since the ability is similar to that ability or can i somehow make a custom charge link?
Nevermind I found it out. If you make a custom ability from scratch, you need to set the charge link to "Abil/id" in order for the custom ability to work correctly. There are two pound signs in front and after "id" but i don't know how to get them to show up in post :P
If you copy from a default ability, use that default abilities charge link.
