I'm sure this is something simple but I've wasted to much time trying to figure it out. The Range and Auto Cast Range are both set to 10 and the unit is auto casting fine, but the ability doesn't work past range 5 ish. I've also tried increasing the Medivac - Heal Search Area to a radius of 10.

Have you tried changing the Stats - Range field?
Yes, the ability seems to be auto casting up to range 10 but it only heals up to range 5.
I spent 3 hours looking for it, and as soon as I made a post I found it... Thanks for the input.
Medivac - Heal Target Persistant has a validator Medivac - Heal Periodic Combine and inside this are more validators for the range.
