1. When an Ursadak dies on my map, it leaves a big pile of junk (death animation - explode). This is all very nice and funny, but since I use and kill a lot of Ursa's, it gets cluttered easily.
Is there any simple way to clean up this bloody mess? (I've tried waiting a few seconds and "Remove unit", but it doesn't work, for some reason.)
2. I need a unit that looks like a projectile. -Preferably a spiky cannonball.
I haven't been able to find any unit/model like this, and need help in doing so.
(A rocket/missile could work as well, I guess.)
The object of the "cannonball" is to travel straight forward and explode, killing anything it touches.
1. Find the ursadak actor, click the button to expand all fields into subfields, search for where the death models are and change its death model to zerg unit death small or whatever it was called. Thatll just make it explode in blood and not leave any corpse lying or so.
2. If a rocket or missile is ok, just take one of the rockets or missiles. Terrans have lots of them. banshee missiles, viking missiles, marauder missiles, goliath missiles, wraith missiles, nuclear missiles, missile turret missiles, Thor Javelin missiles, etc.
If you want a unit that looks like a projectile, you can take the broodling. it looks just like the broodlords attack projectiles- Oh, wait...
Yea, i dont know of any unit taht looks like a projectile... banelings would be fun though.
Create a new actor type Unit, doodad type Not Doodad. Then, set the Art - Model to the desired model (also you could add other models).
Then, go the Event - Events+ field. At the beggining, there is
UnitBirth.*
UnitBirth.*
UnitRevive.*
UnitConstruction.*.Start
UnitConstruction.*.Finish
Change the "*" to the name of a unit (eg. Marine).
That should work ;)
Also you can find the actor of a rocket and change the type of an actor, than change everything else according how I said it. Also should work.
It's just as simple in SC2. Go to the actor of the unit in question, there should be something involving the Model (search Model in the upper right, it'll find it for you). From there it's just a simple process of searching through the list and selecting the model you want. Bam, your unit now uses that model.

Hi.
I have two questions:

1. Problem solved. Thank you very much. =)
2. I have no idea how to change the model of a unit. =/

I have no idea what you're talking about.
I just want to change the model of any existing unit to that of a missile. In WC3 this was done in 3 seconds.
