Persistent Effect is created, which uses a Search Area Effect periodically. The Search Area Effect targets ground only and sets off a Damage Effect. The Damage Effect is Splash based and searches for nearby targets.
In terms of damage and whatnot, it works fine, but I'm noticing that my Impact Actors (which are created upon the Damage Effect starting) don't show up if the Damage Effect fails to find a unit within the area.
So my question is: how can I alter this setup so my actors are created regardless of whetther the ability hits or misses?
