I'm trying make custom skills for my Heroes and one is: Once the skill is used, it takes 7 seconds and the Hydra Unburrow (Can't Unburrow before this and while Burrowed, can not use any other skills).

I do this using DATA right?

Use a persistent or better yet a buff to setup the time and then an issue order effect.
