Unless the application of stacks applies a visual or stacks add a modifier then they do not lag even when stacked over 3000. This means stacks used as counters are no problem.

I do at moment ability which represent charges as percentage of energy. So 100 chares mean full charge.
If I will apply behaviour 100 stacks to unit does it lags? Map already reached limit of what SC driver van offer
why dont you just test it?
I believe each unit can have a max of 64 behaviors, regardless of stacking. Maybe it's 40 now that I think about it. I know it's def less than 100.
